About the role

In this key position, you will oversee the Product Management responsibilities for advisory recommendations and product concepts. Your contributions will be vital in supporting the organisation’s vision for customer-centric solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing product reviews in the Product Committee.
• Overseeing digital advisory recommendations, including investment checks and the Danica Pension recommendation model.
• Continuously updating recommendations in collaboration with various stakeholders, ensuring alignment with customer and business needs.
• Leading development initiatives around advisory services and notifications.
• Managing product concepts for different customer segments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and commercial viability.
• Scope lead on development initiatives on product concepts including business rules and needs for digital solutions.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Product Manager with relevant education in the field and significant experience in product management and advisory services. A proven track record of developing innovative product concepts within complex organisational structures is essential.

Your qualifications include:

• Strong understanding of product management principles and advisory services
• You must be fluent in Danish and English.
• Experience in managing relationships with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful product solutions.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in financial services and the Danish pension market.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Additional experience in developing digital product solutions will be advantageous.
