Danica, an integral part of Danske Bank Group, is seeking a Strategy Manager. This role is based at our dynamic, new headquarters on Bernstorffsgade alongside Danske Bank. It offers a great opportunity to gain deep insights and broad knowledge about the most critical strategic decision-making processes at the core of the financial sector. 

Position Overview
You will be part of a newly established Strategy & CEO office, reporting to the Head of Strategy & CEO office. The Strategy Manager will collaborate closely with strategy leads from Danica and Danske Bank as well as executive management to support and facilitate strategic initiatives. This role involves extensive collaboration across Danica, making a significant contribution towards meeting our growth ambitions and become the best commercial pension provider in Denmark.

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Conduct comprehensive in-depth analyses and market research to inform strategic initiatives, providing critical insights that will influence decision-making and strategic direction at both Danica and Danske Bank.
• Assist in strategic reporting to the board to ensure transparency and clarity in the communication of strategic progress.
• Independently drive projects and engage actively with various departments across Danica and Danske Bank to ensure comprehensive integration and collaboration in strategic activities.
• Expected to deliver high-quality work and take the lead in strategic initiatives, embodying a strong sense of responsibility and serving as a role model for integrity and dedication within the organization
